We helped an overseas airline maximise its appeal in 20
different countries. We developed strategies to encourage people to screen
for bowel cancer. We researched price sensitivity of French Champagne. And we
helped the Australian Rugby Union formulate and execute a new brand strategy. Campaigns

know our way around the extremely tough, massively over-supplied financial
services sector. A range of studies we conducted for ING helped in the launch
of their Savings Maximiser account - arguably Australia's most successful
product launch in this category in the past 10 years. And as an
integral part of the P&O Cruises 'marketing team' for more than 20 years,
we have regularly attended work-in-progress meetings, strategic and planning
workshops and other marketing-oriented get-togethers. Projects have ranged
from advertising/creative development, itinerary choices, customer service,
brochure design and assessment, segmentation studies, as well as ongoing
brand tracking and trade research for both cruising and resorts. Sharing
